Fred’s Fall 2011 Catalogue

I’m a sucker for novelty things (re: Beardo Beard Hat) and I just love me some vulgar post-it notes and pun-tastic plastic. This is why, if you’re like me, Fred’s Fall 2011 Catalogue will have you smashing your credit card details in at the checkout like it’s no one’s business.
Fred & Friends have been around for a while, snaking their way into gift stores and surf shops across the nation. You’ve probably seen their genius products (like guitar-shaped ice cubes) at your friends’ houses and wondered what they hell they were and how the hell you could get your hands on them. Never fear, because Fred has an online store on Amazon, so that banana wine topper can be in your hands ASAP.
This season’s catalogue is mostly food-related, so if you’re a baker, perhaps the Gingerdead men cookie cutters are for you? Then again, Halloween is over, and it’s Movember, so what better time than to bake some Munchstaches – the moustache with a shelf life?
If you can’t bear to do the dishes without some sort of assistance, then Fred has devised a very mature plan. You can either pretend you’re in a puppet show or regress into the 50s by donning a bandana and some Tuff Dish rubber gloves.
Salt and pepper dispensing is a lost art, but luckily you can actually have fun while doing it, who’d have thought? Yeah, Fred, that’s who. His matryoshka (babooshka doll) Salt-M’s cleverly store the pepper inside the salt, because locating both is often just too hard of a task. If you’re a bit of a fairy, it’s okay, we all like magic and food. Why not make your food magical with a wave of pepper and a shake of salt? Heyyy presto.
If you want to impress your friends at your next party, I severely recommend getting stuck into the absolute plethora of hilarious genius that is Fred’s. You can check out the whole range on the website and buy any/all of it on Amazon. Oh yeah.
