Two things to keep you little rascals entertained.
5 years ago the skateboarding community lost Shane Cross to a tragic motorbike accident. Every year friends, family and many who share the same passion as he did get together for a fun day out, celebrating the life of the man who left this earth way to soon.
Those who are in Queensland should get down to Pizzey skate park on the 3rd of March and those of you in other states, there are usually things organised. If you cant find any, just go skate!
"At times it is hard to believe, but it has been 5 years since we lost our friend, and the world has been a poorer place ever since. Shane’s lifestyle and nature were a breath of fresh air in the skateboarding community, and his energy has been missed all over the world. So if you to love the way Shane liked to live, then come down to Pizzey Skate Park on March 3rd and enjoy a dayfull of food, live music, games and most of all be surrounded by Shane’s family and friends doing what he loved most, skating! Hopefully everyone that was close with Shane can make it up for this."
