Pedestrian.TV x TIGI Bed Head: Bachelorette of the Year Awards

Okay, ladies. It’s time to loosen your buns, dust off your asymmetrical leotards and “do your own little thing.” The Pedestrian.TV x TIGI Bed Head Bachelorette of the Year Awards has begun.

Are you, or do you know, an incredible force of double-X chromosomes? Do you have/know/do more than any other wannabe, female or otherwise, in Australia? Pedestrian.TV is looking for ‘triple threat’ women – ambitious, accomplished and unattached young Australian chicks who have the beauty and, more importantly, the brains to match.

Nominations opened on March 20, and you have until April 20 to put your hands up (how many Beyonce references can I work in here?) for yourself or another. Pedestrian.TV isn’t giving much away when it comes to the judging criteria, but they promise there will be no bikini contests or rose ceremonies. This is strictly a competition for women whose gorgeous heads are about to explode with ideas, know-how and the determination to be amazing. Hilton-ites are not welcome! The lucky lady crowned Bachelorette, as judged by a panel of clued-in and discerning gentlemen, will be packed up and sent over to New York, with a year’s supply of Bed Head hair care products.

So the upshot is: You need no permission – did I mention? Don’t pay him any attention. Strut your Givenchy-clad asses over to the site and get nominating!
