Our man, King Adz, spent some time over at the PAX East Video Game expo in Boston over the Easter weekend, check out some of the flavours!
For those of you who don’t know street culture wizard Adz, then make sure you check out some of the previous PRIMO! love we’ve had in the past.
The author, artist, photographer, dope human and all round culture boffin made his way over to PAX East (Penny Arcade Expo), to celebrate with thousands of other people the culture of gaming be it whether you love mashing keyboards, joysticks or moving troops around a tabletop.
The festival was started in 2004 by Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik, founders of web comic, Penny Arcade with an idea to bring lovers of all gaming genre’s together in one big spot to celebrate family along with the heads that create their games and hardware. The results have been amazing, with enormous numbers of people attending as well as gaming competitions being held every year and demonstrations of up and coming releases.
In words from the man himself ‘I came I saw I was baffled! Some crazy shit going down in the land of the gamer this weekend in Boston! See pictorial report from PAX video game expo… Assorted mentalists freaking me out big time. These pictures paint a thousand words.‘
