Pusha T feat. The-Dream – “Exodus 23:1″

Let’s get one thing straight, Pusha T is a lyrical beast. From his Hell Hath No Fury days with Clipse to his most recent EP, Fear of God II: Let Us Pray, Pusha T gets it done, and certainly continues to do so with his just released G.O.O.D. Music banger, ”Exodus 23:1″.
Pusha T goes in on this joint, showing off his talent while subtly dissing an adversary of his. Although it’s not entire clear who, “Exodus 23:1″ does indeed seem to be directed at a Drake, Lil’ Wayne, YMCMB in general and also Young Chop, the original producer of “I Don’t Like”.
Nevertheless, Lil’ Wayne has since responded to “Exodus 23:1″ on Twitter with some harsh words for Pusha T, tweeting: “Fuk pusha t and anybody that love em.” Kid Cudi has also voiced his opinion on the matter, backing up his G.O.O.D. Music fam with a tweet of his own.
This isn’t the first time Lil’ Wayne has had a problem with Pyrex P. Beef between the two originally began way back in 2006 when Weezy believed “Mr. Me Too” by Pusha T, Malice (Clipse) and Pharrell was negatively intended towards him. However, that beef was thought to be well and truly over.
It is going to be interesting to see if Lil’ Wayne and his YMCMB crew retaliate with their own diss record directed at Pusha T, or any one else signed to Yeezy’s label.
Going off the single’s artwork, it would appear that “Exodus 23:1″ will join “Mercy”, “Cold” and the “I Don’t Like” remix on the soon to be released G.O.O.D. Music album dubbed Cruel Summer. It has also been suggested that Meek Mill and Big Sean’s “Burn” collaboration off Dreamchasers 2 is also being consider for the album due to it being available for download off Kanye West’s website.
Listen to ”Exodus 23:1″ below, and don’t be surprised if this feud to continues. Oh, and for what’s worth, I think this track is awesome.
