Nike ‘Dream Team’ Collection

It’s been 20 years since the legendary USA basketball team – known as the – ‘Dream Team’ was formed and NIKE have released a limited range inspired by the gear they rocked in ’92 at the Barcelona Olympics.

It was in these threads that Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan won every game they played.

The re-releases include infamous kicks, worn the the American team during the ’92 tournament. The Nike Air More Uptempo, Nike Shox BB4, Nike Air Force 180, Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 and Nike Airforce 1 Hi all feature in the red-white-blue colour way, homaging the greats and generally killing it on your feet.

I’m not too crazy about The Destroyer Jacket, presumably because Varsity jackets are being mass produced ATM, but you can’t deny that the inclusion of their starting five numbers, and use of patches giving insight to the team of greats makes it pretty cool.

Whether you’re an aspiring baller, sneakerhead or just want to pay your respects to a team of greats, the kicks will be available world wide. The apparel collection is being sold through selected outlets in the US, Paris, China and Barcelona.
