Stussy x Herschel Supply CO. ‘Tom Tom’ Collection

If you’re going to wear a backpack or carry a big bag, you may as well be showcasing something worthwhile.
I love my Herschel bags as well as the classic Incase backpacks, so I can carry my Macbook to and from the milk factory. When I saw Stussy had combined with Herschel, I very nearly…how should I put this…creamed my jocks, which isn’t something I do too often over a backpack.
Basically, they’ve taken the shape and form of a Herschel bag and lined the inside with the vintage Stussy fabric, known as the ‘Tom Tom” print, developed sometime during the 80′s.
Sources say the project was brought to fruition after finding dead stock of this fabric in a Stussy warehouse somewhere, and subsequently the bag style has been restricted to a max of 100 pieces around the world. To top it off, the 1000 Denier canvas ensures the quality so if you want to get your hands on this highly limited stock, get on it fast.
Features for the backpack include a soft faux fur lined laptop sleeve pocket, padded shoulder straps & back panel, long leather zipper pulls, 8pt plastic zips and front zip pocket, while the duffle has a built-in shoe compartment, dual purpose top handle, long leather zipper pulls and adjustable shoulder straps.
The authenticity is completed with a Herschel for Stussy patch. The Stussy x Herschel Supply Co. – “Tom Tom” Collection of Settlement Backpack and Journey Duffle Bag are now available at Stussy Chapters around the planet as well as its online store. What I like about this whole thing is how the price of the bag has virtually stayed the same, so if your looking to buy a Herschel bag and you love Stussy, the choice has been made for you.
