adidas Originals x Opening Ceremony Launch

Last night a lucky few were given the first look at the adidas Originals x Opening Ceremony collab.

When first presented with the adidas Originals x Opening Ceremony lookbook, I felt it was lacking in something. When presented with the product last night, my former opinion evaporated and I entered full blown gotta-buy-that-trench-crazy-bitch mode. [NB: I bought it]

Something the lookbook failed to convey was the luxurious textures, the attention to detail and the versatility (or, reversability.) The garments were screaming “buy me” and the staff – all dressed in product – were doing an excellent job of tempting us.

adidas Originals know how to throw a party, and last night was no exception. Guests browsed the capsule collection whilst sipping on the Absolut Wild Tea cocktails and Bulmer’s Apple and Blackcurrent ciders, and enjoying beats from DJ Perfect Snatch.
